Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry.
Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address. This is used to improve the platform and diagnose technical issues.

Sellers and auctioneers can see the number of bids on their lots and final sale prices but cannot see the identities of losing bidders.
