By registering for an account or using any part of the SalePro Livestock platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SalePro is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
All bids placed on SalePro Livestock are legally binding offers to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree to complete the transaction if you are the winning bidder. Failure to complete a purchase may result in account suspension and may be subject to further legal action.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, withdraw any lot, and resolve any disputes regarding bids in their sole discretion.
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing all animals consigned to a sale, including health status, breed, age, weight, and any known defects or conditions. SalePro is not responsible for inaccurate lot descriptions provided by sellers.
All animals sold through the platform must comply with applicable state and federal regulations regarding livestock transport, health certificates, and brand inspections.
Buyers are required to complete payment within the timeframe specified by the auctioneer following the close of a sale. SalePro processes payments securely through third-party payment processors. Seller payouts will be issued following confirmation of buyer payment and after applicable commission fees are deducted.
Any disputes between buyers and sellers regarding the condition or description of animals must be raised with the auctioneer within 24 hours of the sale closing. SalePro will facilitate dispute resolution but is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
You agree not to: place fraudulent bids, manipulate auction outcomes, impersonate another person, upload false or misleading lot information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
SalePro Livestock is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. SalePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
